Holloway Health & Fitness is the most personable training club in Winchester. Based on a foundation of community and inclusivity, we offer a variety of sessions and classes and have developed a culture where people feel comfortable and supported before, during and after their session. We have regular social events where our members don't have to think about running or burpees and can continue to make new friends within the community we have built from the beginning until now!
HH&F was founded by Owen Holloway, who after being made redundant at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, wanted to build his own group of like-minded people whose desire was to have not only an option for regular exercise but also somewhere they look forward to being socially and consider it a big part of their day to day lives! From Free HIIT Classes on Zoom to groups of 5 in the park to massive groups in the park, Owen has gradually built a large and thriving community who have access to a variety of different sessions and classes every week. Owen took the opportunity to expand the business and the community by creating a brand new training club that would allow for more variety and less rain! HH&F is now able to offer indoor classes and everything in between. There is a coffee lounge for the members to relax after their session, and shower rooms in order to freshen up and get back to work. Holloway Health & Fitness is no ordinary gym, this is a personable training club where you are welcomed, supported and challenged regardless of your fitness level or background. Owen and his team love watching the community grow and enabling more people every day to enjoy their exercise in this positive and motivating environment!
